Each winter many professional race teams do an enormous amount of testing in preparation for the next season. Ohlins has done the same in preparation to redesign the TTX GP Rear Shock, but instead of one season of testing, they have used the collective test data from a decade of testing from their entire clientele of race teams. This revised TTX GP Shock features tool-free compression and rebound adjuster knobs, improved adjuster needles to improve flow and redesigned valves, pistons and piston band.

At the heart of the TTX GP lies Ohlins’ Twin Tube Technology which offers an extremely high level of suspension oil control. This level of adjustability is a necessity for professional racers. Every component of the TTX is machined to an extreme tolerance to ensure consistent performance over its lifespan.

Upgrading your rear shock is not only a great way to improve your motorcycle's handling but can also improve tire wear and performance. This is possible because the Ohlins shock manages weight transfer much better compared to an OEM shock, leading to a more consistent tire contact patch. The more force your shock can handle, the less unnecessary force is put on your tires.

Every Ohlins Shock is tested and measured before delivery to ensure that it will suit the weight and geometry of your motorcycle. Each shock is available in multiple weight options to best match your riding needs. Your total weight must include your combined rider weight with all gear.
